Survey Results

  • Survey Results 2015/16 – During September 2015 we conducted a patient survey. We asked patients if they had noticed an improvement over the past year.
  • Survey Results 2014/15 – During 2014/15 we conducted a patient survey to find out more about what patients would like the surgery to focus on in the coming year to enhance our services.
  • Patient Participation Report 2014/2015 – During 2014/15 we conducted a patient survey to find out more about what patients would like the surgery to focus on in the coming year to enhance our services.
  • Survey Results 2013/14 – During 2013/14 we conducted a patient survey to find out more about what patients would like the surgery to focus on in the coming year to enhance our services. Since this survey we have chosen to advertise our text messaging service and addressed the clarity of our messages.
  • Survey Results 2012/13 – In 2012 we created our new Patient Group to help enhance our patient experience by find out more about what patients would like to improve at the surgery. To do this we conducted a patient survey and after assessing the results as a group we have started a new telephone consultation service and we have also obtained quotes for a new telephone system.
