MyGP/ DoctorLink App and Community Pharmacy Deliveries

Patients in a vulnerable group, shielding or self-isolating that need their medicines delivered are advised to contact your regular pharmacy directly to arrange this. Please do not request delivery via the the myGP or DoctorLink  app. Requests through the myGP or DoctorLink apps will change your nominated pharmacy to a different online prescription delivery pharmacy and your usual pharmacy will not be able to help you.This is due to an issue with the app which is being investigated.
