Travel Vaccination Appointments
If you are planning to travel abroad, please ensure you complete your travel vaccination risk assessment at least 6 weeks before your departure date. This allows sufficient time for any required vaccination courses, schedules, and follow-up appointments.
Vaccinations We Offer
As an NHS travel vaccination provider, Francis Grove Surgery offers the following vaccinations free of charge where clinically appropriate:
- Polio
- Hepatitis A
- Typhoid
- Diphtheria
- Tetanus
Vaccinations NOT Available at Our Practice
- Hepatitis B
- Rabies
- Japanese Encephalitis
- Dengue
- Chikungunya
- Tuberculosis (TB)
- Tick-borne Encephalitis
These vaccinations must be obtained privately from a registered travel clinic.
Travel Clinic Appointments
Our nurses run a dedicated Travel Clinic every Wednesday from 5:00pm to 7:00pm.
If you require follow-up appointments, this will be discussed and arranged with you during your consultation.
Please book early to avoid disappointment and to ensure you are fully protected before travelling.
