Important: NHS App – Important Information
The NHS App is a very useful tool that the practice uses to communicate with patients as well as being a way to stay up to date with all the information in your clinical records.
In order to gain access to the NHS App and subsequently your clinical records please download the app and follow the instructions, it should ask you to find the practice and ‘connect’. If you have not previously used patient access you may need to contact us to set you up. It is important to allow push notifications when you are in the set up stages so that you are alerted on your phone to messages from the practice and read messages sent within 24 hours, otherwise the message will be sent via SMS (at a cost to the NHS).

Important: Surgery Closure – 18th September 2024 between 1pm and 6pm
Please note that on Wednesday 18th September between 1pm and 6pm, our practice team are attending essential staff training necessary for maintaining safe standards of care for registered patients.
During this period your usual GP Practice service has been diverted to 2 physical GP hub locations across the borough and a home visiting service.
Important: Flu Vaccinations
We will be running a Flu Clinic on the 5th October 2024 for adults who is eligible to receive the flu vaccination. Further details on how to book your appointment will follow.
Children who are eligible for the Nasal Flu Immunisation will shortly receive a self book link in order to book an appointment with our nursing team.
