Getting your test results
If your test results show that you need more tests or treatment, we will contact you.
Once a doctor has reviewed your test results, you can view them:
- in your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App)
- in your Patient Access account
- by phoning us on 0208 971 5640 between 2pm and 4pm, and we will tell you what the results are (Please allow 5 working days before calling for your test result)
- as a text message, if you have consented and it is applicable

Blood tests
Francis Grove Surgery offer a phlebotomy service each morning, Monday-Friday (this may differ in school holidays). You can book by calling reception or by requesting a booking link to book online.
The blood test service at The Nelson Health Centre is now by appointment only.
Patients can schedule an appointment at The Nelson or any of the St Georges sites for their blood tests via the online booking portal myappointments.online or via phone 0203 376 8776.
