The surgery will be holding a Dementia Awareness Day on the 21st August 2026. Patients living with dementia will have their annual dementia reviews with one of our nursing team.
There will also be an opportunity for patients living with dementia and their carers, to meet with representatives of the Alzheimer’s Society and Carers First Merton.
Any patient who is a carer can come along to get advise from Carers First. Anyone worried about their memory or the memory of someone they care for can visit to speak with our advisors from The Alzhimers Society.
