Getting your test results
If your test results show that you need more tests or treatment, we will contact you.
Once a doctor has reviewed your test results, you can view them:
- in your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App)
- in your Patient Access account
- by phoning us on 0208 971 5640 between 2pm and 4pm, and we will tell you what the results are (Please allow 5 working days before calling for your test result)
- as a text message, if you have consented and it is applicable

Blood tests
If you have been given an Epsom and St Helier Blood test form, please book your appointment for your blood test via Swiftqueue. We no longer have a phlebotomy service at the surgery. For patients you would struggle to get to an outreach clinic to have their bloods taken we do have some Health Care Assistant appointments reserved for blood tests, but ask that these are only booked by patients who can not travel to a test centre.
If you have a St Georges Hospital Trust blood form, you can have your blood taken at the Nelson Hospital on Kingston Road, at the following time:
- Monday to Friday – 8am to 7:45pm
- Saturdays – 8am to 1:45pm
